Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Kalendarz Kosmetyków Twarz (“the App”).

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Kalendarz Kosmetyków Twarz is a skincare routine tracking application that helps you:

• Track your skincare products and their expiration dates
• Organize morning and evening skincare routines
• Monitor which products you’ve used each day

User Accounts

The App does not require account registration. All your data is stored locally on your device.

Subscriptions

Subscription Options

The App may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription options and pricing are displayed in the App.

Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device’s account settings

Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We cannot process refunds directly.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Roksolana Sainchuk and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any information provided through the App is accurate or reliable

Medical Disclaimer

The App is designed for tracking skincare products and routines only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or dermatologist for skincare concerns or conditions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Personal injury or property damage

arising from your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roksolana Sainchuk from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
