Kalendarz Kosmetyków Twarz (“the App”) is developed by Roksolana Sainchuk. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Account Information

To use the App and sync your data across devices, you may create an account. We collect:

• Email address: Used for account authentication and important service communications
• Authentication data: Secure tokens to keep you signed in

Skincare Data

When you use the App, we collect and store:

• Product information: Names, brands, expiration dates, and photos of your skincare products
• Routine data: Your morning and evening skincare routines and completion history
• Preferences: Theme settings and app preferences

This data is synced to our servers to enable cross-device access and backup.

Data Stored Locally

Some data is also cached locally on your device for offline access. This local cache syncs with our servers when you’re online.

Subscription Information

If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives:

• A randomly generated user identifier
• Your subscription status and purchase history
• Your device type and operating system

RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or any skincare data. For more information, see RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not track your location
• We do not use analytics or tracking services
• We do not display advertisements
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing

Camera and Photo Library Access

The App may request access to your camera or photo library to let you add photos of your skincare products. If you’re signed in, these photos may be synced to our servers to enable cross-device access.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data:

• Data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL
• Data is stored securely on our servers with industry-standard security practices
• We regularly review and update our security measures

We also recommend keeping your device secure with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained on our servers as long as you have an active account. You can:

• Delete all data: Use Settings > Delete All Data to remove all your skincare data from our servers
• Delete your account: Contact us to permanently delete your account and all associated data

Uninstalling the App removes local data but does not automatically delete your account or server-stored data.

If you have an active subscription and delete your account, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. You can manage subscriptions through your device’s settings.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the “Last updated” date.
